I often use Genstack as my bible for knowing who to follow here on Substack and which articles to read to further my own knowledge and understanding of genealogy and family history writing.
Whenever I get a mention for my own articles, it leaves me feeling very overwhelmed and it its greatly appreciated.
Robin, thanks so much for the repost on the story about my dad. I rewrote it a number of times over the last two years and I am finally satisfied with this one. Of course I published each of those interim drafts in public to show how getting to a final draft really works. Even my brother and sisters and children commented on it! It's the one -- finished! That's why I labeled it "Final Draft." (It's at the very end.) https://substack.com/home/post/p-211113146
I’m glad you found your way to the final draft, Rob. You’re always welcome to submit it to Genealogy Matters Magazine too. And, if you ever want to share your process for getting to that final draft, we take submissions for that too.
Thanks for another great issue with lots of reading. And many thanks for the mentions.

Thank you Robin.
Thank you for your kind words, Dyfan. I was happy to see your article this week!
